Local Driver's Permit is mandatory and is issued by car Rental Company at the local desk, valid for 3 months only and is available for an additional charge of USD 22 per driver.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount is USD 2000 for all vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The maximum excess amount is USD 650 for all vehicle groups.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
Minimum 2 days rental is required, if the renter want to use his/her credit card insurance.
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (THW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included in the rental amount.
Insurance from Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Canada are not accepted.
If the customer has CDW coverage in his/her credit card insurance, then it should be up to USD 245 (two weeks) for the vehicle that is being rented.
A refundable deposit of USD 650 will be held on the credit card.
Please note that if your credit card company offer Collision Damage coverage transferable to rental vehicles, it is your responsibility to verify whether it is valid in your rental country.
If you wish to waive similar coverage offered by the supplier, you may need to present an insurance declaration page or insurance ID card. If the proof is deemed insufficient, it is mandatory to purchase the insurance at the rental desk.
Insurance must be valid for 2 months from the date of vehicle pick-up.
If using your credit card insurance an administration fee of USD 30 will apply.
If you do not comply with the insurance requirements of the supplier OR your credit card coverage is not enough / does not provide coverage for the rented vehicle, it is mandatory to purchase insurance at the rental desk in order to rent the vehicle.
Please Note: Supplier does not accept one day of CDW. Two days and up of CDW is accepted. The fee of USD 17.50 per day is fixed for all classes of vehicles in the fleet.

Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount. It is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 25 years and the maximum driver’s age is 65 years.
Driver’s License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
The renter’s national driving license is needed at all times, so that a local driver's permit can be issued to the renter.
Fees
Airport parking fee of USD 5 will apply.
Airport tax is included in the rental amount.
Other fees:
1. Administration fee of USD 20 will apply in case of any Parking, traffic fines.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 20. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage Policy

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
All major credit cards are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
No Deposit is required.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available free of charge.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available free of charge.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick up
1 hour grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. After the grace period USD 50 charge will apply. If there is no response within an hour then the booking is cancelled
For late return
1 hour grace period is given for returning vehicles. After the grace period USD 50 charge will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
